What you will do

• Maintain working knowledge of client business and category news to draw relevant insights.
• Draft account-led documentation, including scope documents, briefs, statements of work, and presentations.
• Support leadership in scheduling client meetings, developing agendas, and producing comprehensive call notes.
• Review project materials to ensure brand continuity and quality, including the Med/Reg/Legal review process.
• Act as a primary point of contact for basic client requests and build professional rapport.
• Collaborate with internal agency teams and external vendor partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1-2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online business tools.
• Strong multi-tasking, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• High level of accountability and strong interpersonal communication skills.
