What you will do
- Execute and maintain operational instructions for the generation of service information.
- Perform analysis of product information and generate detailed reports.
- Handle product categorization according to the defined management model.
- Identify and report errors found in production.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required by the high-performing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in data and information analysis.
- English: Intermediate-Advanced proficiency required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Location: Must be based in Mexico.
