What you will do

• Build stable and intuitive Android experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs.
• Lead product features from ideation and technical design through implementation, testing, and release.
• Design scalable mobile architectures and secure integrations with backend systems and external blockchain partners.
• Establish development standards, code review practices, and maintainable codebases.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and data scientists.
• Mentor developers and provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions and design reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Android application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, Android SDK, and architecture patterns such as MVVM.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Flow or RxJava, Retrofit, and Room.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a product-focused perspective.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, lead complex projects, and influence architecture decisions.
• Ability to work from the designated United States office location with attendance at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with DeFi protocols, crypto wallets, or blockchain-related products.
• Familiarity with EVM blockchains and smart contracts.
