What you will do

• Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing software engineering team.
• Deliver software across new product development, product sustainment, and customer-driven enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and support architectural decisions involving software and system-level challenges.
• Oversee delivery planning, prioritisation, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies.
• Support customers and business stakeholders through technical problem-solving, bid and proposal input, product strategy, and product deployment.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams delivering complex embedded, systems, or platform software.
• Working knowledge of low-level technologies such as BIOS, bootloaders, Board Support Packages, firmware, device drivers, and operating system integration.
• Strong understanding of PC architecture, embedded computing systems, and hardware–software interaction.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept and architecture through bring-up, verification, release, and in-service support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, innovation-led environments.
