What you will do

• Own and resolve complex customer issues end to end, including direct customer communication and live problem solving.
• Debug AI agents and prompts, identifying and fixing issues in LLM workflows and configurations.
• Build automation and tools to prevent recurring problems and improve product robustness.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams to drive measurable improvements.
• Raise team capabilities through documentation, tools, and knowledge sharing.
• Know when to escalate genuine product bugs and infrastructure issues with clear reproductions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Argentina
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with AI agents, LLM workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, Express, and SQL or ability to ramp up quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of issues beyond assigned tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fully distributed, asynchronous, and fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Honeycomb, or Sentry.
• Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) exposure.
