Business Intelligence Analyst II (SaaS/Edtech): Providing tactical and strategic intelligence to marketing, sales, and finance teams to drive business performance with an accent on KPI definition, dashboard creation, and data-informed decision making. Focus on building complex SQL queries, developing Tableau visualizations, and collaborating with data engineering to ensure data quality and reliability.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Provide strategic intelligence to business decision-makers in marketing, sales, and finance.
- Define KPIs and metrics and build data analytics products like reports and dashboards.
- Monitor business performance and provide quantitative summaries and recommendations.
- Collaborate with data engineering on data modeling, quality issues, and BI job monitoring.
- Ensure reliable data collection from tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Master's in Business Analytics (3+ years exp) or Bachelor's (5+ years exp).
- Advanced SQL skills including CTEs, Window, and recursive functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
- 2+ years experience with SaaS product metrics and tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
