Salary: $191,220–$269,950 USD annually

What you will do
- Lead Quality Program Managers and Quality Program Engineers across multiple US semiconductor manufacturing sites.
- Drive manufacturing quality programs and quality systems across wafer-level assembly, downstream assembly, packaging, and testing processes.
- Lead excursion management, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and systemic improvement initiatives.
- Govern Quality Review Boards and drive strategic improvements based on lessons learned from significant quality events.
- Partner with supplier quality, equipment, materials, contract services, automation, manufacturing, and customer-facing quality organizations.
- Deploy consistent quality automation requirements and track KPIs including CpK, 8D closure, time to detection, and shared lessons learned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of fab or assembly manufacturing experience with strong knowledge of process control systems and methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience managing people and leading technical teams.
- Extensive experience leading quality programs, quality systems, supplier improvement initiatives, and cross-organizational projects.
- Experience managing major quality excursions and driving systemic corrective actions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, program management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, assembly, substrate, and test processes.
- Experience supporting foundry customers.
- Understanding of industry-standard quality and reliability support expectations.
