Senior Product Designer (B2B)

Location: Hybrid (Tallinn, Estonia) - minimum 2 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Own and evolve the B2B product suite, covering onboarding, team management, and billing.
• Transform complex operational requirements into simple, intuitive experiences for admins and employees.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and commercial teams to align priorities with user needs.
• Prototype and validate concepts to reduce ambiguity in pricing and user management.
• Maintain consistency across the Business Portal, Ride Booker, and employee-facing app.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong UI portfolio.
• Proficiency in the Figma ecosystem for UI, prototyping, and system design.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (C1).
• Experience in systems thinking and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tallinn, Estonia (Hybrid).

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate design iterations.
