What you will do

• Lead current-state and future-state value stream diagnostics across procurement, manufacturing, co-manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
• Identify process waste, bottlenecks, rework, data quality gaps, and performance issues using Lean tools such as value stream mapping, SIPOC, A3 problem solving, 5 Whys, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Build improvement roadmaps, business cases, success measures, and benefit-tracking mechanisms for productivity, cost, service, risk, working capital, and decision-speed improvements.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting covering cycle time, service, supplier performance, inventory, quality, rework, costs, and initiative benefits.
• Redesign workflows, operating models, governance routines, decision rights, standard work, controls, and escalation paths with business owners.
• Drive pilots and implementations, facilitate cross-functional Lean workshops, improve data flows and reporting automation, and coach stakeholders on continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, industrial engineering, business, data analytics, statistics, finance, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain, manufacturing operations, operations excellence, business analytics, strategy, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex improvement initiatives from diagnostics through implementation and sustainment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, process design, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, standard work, operating model design, and change management.
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets, build dashboards and executive readouts, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Google BigQuery, or similar tools is preferred. Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority and operate in a global, matrixed environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or another advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, retail supply chain, seasonal products, or contract and vendor manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP, planning, procurement, quality, manufacturing, or supplier management systems.
• Experience using Python, R, process mining, automation tools, or applied AI for reporting, diagnostics, and decision-making.
