Location: Onsite in Podgorica, Montenegro

What you will do
- Drive the architectural design, development, and strategic goals of robust ERP integration solutions.
- Architect highly scalable, high-throughput integration pipelines for cloud and hybrid data synchronization.
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for C# development and enterprise integration patterns.
- Mentor, coach, and train junior technical staff to enhance departmental engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to translate roadmaps into technical requirements.
- Optimize code for maximum scalability, resource efficiency, and fault tolerance under heavy workloads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience.
- Advanced, expert-level proficiency in C# and the .NET framework ecosystem.
- Proven track record in designing complex integration components and extensive API experience.
- Experience designing and scaling distributed systems or high-volume data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud environments, services, or deployment pipelines.
- Ability to work onsite at the Podgorica, Montenegro office.
