HVAC Technician

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas; frequent travel throughout the defined territory. The role requires in-person work in commercial environments with HVAC equipment.

Salary: $55,700–$83,500 per year.

What you will do

• Represent local programs and the company to commercial customers.
• Perform energy-efficiency HVAC maintenance tune-ups and pre- and post-installation verifications.
• Collect technical data and travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Train field staff and develop installation, adaptation, configuration, and enhancement materials.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of complex commercial energy-efficiency upgrades.
• Provide technical expertise, project updates, and solutions to installation and equipment issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type Universal certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and minimum age of 21.
• Ability to work in person with commercial HVAC equipment, in all climates, and to climb ladders or use step stools.
• Must reside in Little Rock, Arkansas and be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and a satisfactory motor vehicle record check; a clean driving record is required for continued employment.
