Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner (Global) (Global HR): Leading strategic HR business partnering across a growing multinational clean energy technology organization with an accent on executive advising, organizational effectiveness, and global workforce strategy. Focus on building a scalable HRBP operating model, leading transformation and succession planning, and using workforce analytics to strengthen engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
Location: Remote within the United States; approximately 20–30% domestic and international travel required.

What you will do
- Advise executive leaders across global functions and translate business objectives into people strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of HR Business Partners.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead organizational transformation, restructures, integrations, growth initiatives, and change management programs.
- Strengthen employee engagement, retention, inclusion, culture, and complex employee relations practices.
- Use workforce analytics and governance processes to guide decisions and ensure employment-law compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HRBP leadership experience in a complex, high-growth, or multinational organization.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and leading global or multi-regional HR teams.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, and change management.
- Excellent executive communication, facilitation, influence, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent professional certification.
- Experience with rapid growth, transformation, M&A, international expansion, technology, manufacturing, renewable energy, or engineering.
