Head of Content Quality Team

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Content Quality Operations department, including Sufficiency, Moderation, Client Protection, and Compliance teams.
• Ensure sufficient volume and high quality of content across all markets to enable sustainable business growth.
• Drive continuous improvements in content quality, moderation accuracy, and customer protection processes.
• Own and monitor departmental KPIs to implement initiatives that improve operational and business results.
• Optimize processes, increase automation, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align operations with the company's strategic and commercial objectives.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing high-performing, accountable teams.
• Proven track record in operational excellence and KPI ownership.
• Ability to drive process optimization and automation.
• Must be based in Georgia.
