Global Compensation Manager (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in Greater Boston, MA or Greater Houston, TX

What you will do

• Design and evolve global compensation programs, salary structures, and job architecture frameworks.
• Lead the end-to-end Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) process, including merit increases, bonus planning, and promotions.
• Create complex financial models to support annual budgeting, workforce planning, and executive decision-making.
• Conduct global benchmarking using salary surveys and market studies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Administer the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and prepare quarterly Board-level compensation materials.
• Integrate AI-powered tools to improve the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of compensation modeling and research.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS or technology organizations.
• Deep expertise in global compensation design and salary structure management.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel-based analytics and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated experience administering equity and long-term incentive programs.
• Proven track record of partnering with Finance and executive leadership.
• Must be based in the US (Boston or Houston).

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with benchmarking tools such as Radford (AON), WTW, or Mercer.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
• Experience using Power BI for analytics and reporting.
• Exposure to benefits administration in the U.S. and Canada.
