Quality Inspector (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials and components using visual and mechanical measurement techniques.
• Verify materials against engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase orders.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and height gages.
• Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming materials.
• Perform data entry and inventory management within a computer-based ERP system.
• Maintain detailed quality records and assist with first article inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant inspection experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship, Permanent Residency (green card), or protected individual status required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with product inspection.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing.
