What you will do

• Define and own technical architecture for mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and AMRs.
• Design scalable integration frameworks connecting robotics systems with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Lead end-to-end delivery from prototyping and PoCs to production-ready systems.
• Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination.
• Oversee simulation and validation using Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage clients in technical pre-sales and workshops.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and Python for production-grade robotics software.
• Strong experience with ROS2, SLAM, sensor fusion, and motion planning (e.g., MoveIt2).
• Familiarity with cloud/IoT ecosystems and industrial/embedded systems (ARM, RTOS, PLC, SCADA).
• Advanced English proficiency and Professional working proficiency in German for Germany-based candidates.
• Proven experience in technical pre-sales and leadership/mentoring of engineers.
