Global Consumer Financing Intern (Global Payment)

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of BNPL and personal loan products, from market analysis and user research through product design, launch, and optimization.
• Analyze and optimize key product journeys and conversion funnels, identify user pain points, and design solutions to improve user experience and business metrics.
• Plan and execute acquisition, activation, and retention strategies while balancing business growth with risk control.
• Collaborate with local teams across countries and regions, as well as engineering, design, legal, and compliance partners.
• Use data analysis to define and monitor core metrics and run A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a well-recognized university; all majors are considered, with STEM disciplines preferred.
• Strong logical and structured thinking, including the ability to break down complex problems into actionable components.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate proactively with people from diverse backgrounds and drive projects forward.
• Availability dates must be clearly stated in the resume; the internship starts in 2027.
