Monitoring, Data and Research Consultant (Data Science)

What you will do

• Strengthen the generation, analysis, and management of data and evidence related to children and adolescents.
• Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality analytical products, research reports, briefing notes, and knowledge products.
• Apply results-based management and corporate reporting processes to programme monitoring.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to establish effective working relationships.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Data Science, Monitoring and Evaluation, or other relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, statistics, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of evidence generation principles and results-based management.
• Knowledge of survey methodologies, administrative data systems, and official statistics.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
• Must be based in Minsk, Belarus.

Nice to have

• Experience in M&E and research related to SDGs, child rights, and adolescent development.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing published research papers or analytical reviews.
• Skills in creating infographics, dashboards, and data visualizations.
