What you will do

• Act as the first-level point of contact for update-related issues identified during modernization activities.
• Analyze reported issues and manage modernization tickets within the assigned perimeter.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports, status updates, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the modernization team and the GV team.
• Monitor modernization team performance and issue operational alerts/flash communications when required.
• Verify that update teams use appropriate tools, software, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics or Embedded Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Position based in Kenitra, Morocco.
• Valid Category B driving license required.
• Willingness to travel frequently across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
