Game Designer I (Casino Games)

Location: Hybrid work connected to the local office in Belgrade, Serbia; candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Belgrade.

What you will do

• Evaluate assigned casino titles and define adjustments to features, content, presentation, and player experience.
• Align game design direction and mathematical models with product and market requirements.
• Collaborate with mathematicians, producers, artists, testers, and software engineers throughout development.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for mechanics, features, content, presentation, and implementation.
• Act as the creative gatekeeper during project reviews and development milestones.
• Share casino game design practices and guide creative contributors across different markets.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of casino game types, features, mechanics, and player experiences.
• Familiarity with game mathematics and how mathematical models influence game behavior.
• Proficiency with visual design tools for storyboards and communicating design concepts.
• Creative, solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and organized approach.
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Full-time eligibility under a local employment contract in Belgrade, Serbia.
