Staff Enterprise Engineer (Enterprise Infrastructure): Defining and modernizing enterprise systems architecture across identity, endpoints, compute, virtualization, storage, databases, and SaaS foundations with an accent on automation, scalability, and vendor-neutral platform decisions. Focus on leading cloud migrations, retiring legacy systems, building self-service capabilities, and establishing rigorous engineering standards as a hands-on senior individual contributor.

What you will do
- Define long-term architecture and engineering standards for enterprise systems, including identity, endpoints, compute, storage, databases, and SaaS foundations.
- Serve as the senior technical authority, mentor engineers, and guide architecture and design decisions.
- Translate business and technology challenges into technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
- Lead modernization across identity, endpoint management, compute, and workplace technologies, including on-premises and cloud decisions.
- Drive automation, Infrastructure as Code, self-service capabilities, and operational improvements.
- Optimize the technology estate, retire legacy platforms, and own SSO, provisioning, integrations, and data flows supporting enterprise applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior enterprise infrastructure engineering experience at Staff, Principal, or Technical Lead level.
- Deep expertise in identity and access management, cloud platforms, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience leading cloud migrations, legacy platform retirements, and large-scale modernization initiatives.
- Strong architectural judgment and a vendor-neutral approach to cloud and platform selection.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS integrations, SSO, automated provisioning, APIs, secure connectivity, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and work as a hands-on individual contributor.
