Senior Software Engineer - Frontend (React)

Location: Hybrid (Kraków, Poland). Must be based in or near Kraków to spend 60% of the week in the office.

Salary: 26,000 – 33,000 PLN gross/month

What you will do

• Develop scalable frontend systems using TypeScript and React.
• Profile and optimize code for performance and maintainability.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and high-quality code.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate development processes.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive system improvements.
• Support production systems and perform root cause analysis for incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of commercial experience in frontend development.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and semantic HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility and mobile-first design.
• Experience with REST API integration and DevOps models.
• Must be based in or near Kraków, Poland for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Next.js and Micro Frontends.
• Experience with managed QA processes.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive designs for non-standard devices.
