Location: Remote from Portugal, with the role based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Salary: €55,000–€62,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own operational delivery for a portfolio of 10–15 enterprise accounts and additional smaller accounts.
- Coordinate development, engineering, QA, infrastructure, product, and commercial teams to meet delivery schedules, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
- Monitor data pipelines, feed performance, quality, uptime, costs, margins, and delivery risks, driving issues through to resolution.
- Manage change requests from scoping through delivery and billing in collaboration with account management and sales.
- Act as the primary client contact and escalation point, maintaining trusted relationships and clear expectations.
- Define and report on KPIs, translating technical performance data into clear information for clients and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in service delivery, account operations, or a similar client-facing operational role.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts or complex client portfolios, including SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business language.
- Commercial awareness and experience with project efficiency, margins, and cost management.
- Experience analysing service metrics such as uptime, MTTR, and data pipeline integrity.
- Experience with CRM and operational reporting tools, plus the ability to identify risks and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web scraping, data pipelines, or data services.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
