What you will do

• Lead end-to-end feature development from user research and architecture to production deployment and monitoring.
• Build a complex pricing engine supporting multiple currencies, tax regimes, margins, and seasonal rates.
• Develop a supplier and product catalog to manage negotiated rates and reusable trip building blocks.
• Create a partner network for automatic supplier onboarding, verification, and payouts.
• Collaborate with the product team to discover user problems and shape technical solutions.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to engineering excellence and organizational practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a full-stack capacity.
• Hands-on proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience in any modern language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, Ruby, Node.js).
• Proven track record of building and scaling products from 0 to 1 in startup or scale-up environments.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Must be based in Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or Sweden.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Background in travel-tech, fintech, B2B2C platforms, or marketplaces.
• Comfortable with AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Experience building AI-enabled or Agentic applications.
• Experience with design systems and micro front-ends.
