TL;DR
UI/UX Designer (Gamedev): Designing and optimizing user interfaces and flows for a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with an accent on usability, interaction patterns, and 2D visual assets. Focus on creating wireframes, conducting UX research to identify player pain points, and delivering high-fidelity UI elements for both mobile and PC.
Location: On-site in Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation coverage is provided for the employee and their family.
Salary: €5,000–€7,000 net per month

What you will do
- Improve and create UX/UI solutions for the game.
- Develop user flows, navigation logic, and interaction patterns.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and UX concepts for new features.
- Conduct UX research by analyzing player behavior and proposing improvements.
- Draw technical interface elements, icons, buttons, and small illustrations.
- Describe animations and interface effects for developers and animators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong understanding of game interface usability principles.
- Experience designing interfaces for mobile and browser/PC games.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop, including 2D graphics skills.
- A strong portfolio featuring UX cases and game interfaces.
- Willingness to complete a test task.
Nice to have
- Portfolio with mid-core style game interfaces.
- Experience with 4X strategy games.
- Interest in mobile game industry trends.
