Regional Field Collection Manager (Jawa Timur Bali Nusra) (Collection Operations/Consumer Lending): Managing collection operations across East Java, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara with an accent on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and performance management. Focus on analyzing collection metrics, balancing operating costs with credit losses, and building scalable capacity to support business growth.
Location: Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia; responsible for the Jawa Timur, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara areas.

What you will do
- Manage collection operations and coordinate with the Collection Head and senior management.
- Ensure collection activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze collection processes, workforce performance, and operational metrics to implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Product, HR, Finance, Sales, Collection Support, Anti-Fraud, and Business Intelligence functions.
- Manage operational budgets by balancing collection costs, credit losses, and profitability.
- Set staffing plans, resource allocation, KPIs, targets, and capacity requirements for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Collection Operations Manager or in an equivalent role.
- At least 3 years of proven organizational and leadership experience.
- Strong communication, people management, persistence, endurance, self-management, and multitasking skills.
- Sound knowledge of data analysis and operational performance metrics.
- Ability to make decisions, take action, and deliver operational results.
Nice to have
- Experience managing consumer lending products such as credit cards, unsecured loans, motorcycle loans, or consumer durable loans.
- Experience working for a multi-finance company.
