What you will do
- Triage and resolve issues from the D2C ticket backlog, shipping fixes directly to production.
- Operate within an agile framework, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
- Bridge the gap between Design and Engineering by translating UX intent into clear technical requirements.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Claude Enterprise to accelerate debugging, review, and QA.
- Identify root causes of recurring defects to implement durable, scalable solutions.
- Report site health, bug burn-down, and velocity metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.
- Working knowledge of Git, Jira, agile workflows, and basic QA principles.
- Ability to use Figma to partner effectively with creative teams.
- Demonstrated experience building and working with AI tools.
- Must be based in London, UK for a hybrid work arrangement.
