Junior Due Diligence and Analysis Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On-site in Rabat, Morocco (possibility of remote work depending on performance)

Salary: 4000 MAD NET + 1150 MAD bonus NET after probation

What you will do

• Ensure identification processes (KYC) for new and existing clients.
• Verify personal documents and KYC questionnaires.
• Perform comprehensive client information reviews.
• Manage written communication with clients.
• Implement and monitor international sanctions and restrictive measures.
• Use AI tools like Gemini to optimize daily routine tasks and productivity.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail for routine work.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Higher education degree (final year students available for full-time work are eligible).
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly and effectively.
• Proven experience with AI tools such as Gemini.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the finance sector.
• Degree in law, economics, or finance.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
