Product Competitiveness Specialist (E-mobility)

Locations: Bolzano/Bozen, Bergamo, Bologna, Munich, or Charlotte (USA)

Salary: Total compensation starting from €64,000 gross per year (including 30% variable bonus)

What you will do

• Monitor the competitive landscape across hardware, software, UX, and connectivity to maintain a benchmarking database.
• Identify competitive differentiators and gaps to provide insights for new feature development.
• Prepare and maintain benchmarking materials and battle cards to support the Sales team's USPs.
• Coordinate competitor product teardowns, analyzing architecture, components, costs, and design choices.
• Generate periodic technology assessment reports to guide roadmap prioritization and strategic investments.
• Collaborate with the Intellectual Property team on patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Management Engineering.
• Several years of experience in Competitive Intelligence and Product Teardown methodologies.
• Strong experience in the charging infrastructure industry.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of Product and Project Management.
• Excellent knowledge of English

Nice to have

• Experience in patent and IP landscape assessment.
• Knowledge of German and/or Italian.
