What you will do

• Coordinate external development agencies, define technical specifications, architecture blueprints, acceptance criteria, testing, and QA requirements.
• Govern hosting architecture, network configurations, domains, DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, deployment pipelines, release cycles, and environment access.
• Manage CMS maintenance and evolution, third-party tools, REST APIs, microservices, and web ecosystem integrations.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, page speed, server response metrics, crawlability, indexing, structured data, canonical tags, and redirects.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution, emergency troubleshooting, security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
• Support data layer implementations, script management, server-side tagging, and collaboration with IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, legal, content, and website teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technical website management, web development project management, or platform operations in an enterprise or B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of headless CMS platforms, web hosting, DNS, SSL, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CDN architectures.
• Experience with technical SEO tools, web performance profiling, and CMP implementations.
• Proven ability to coordinate external technical agencies and align with internal IT and security teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
