What you will do

• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to define data replication requirements and business use cases.
• Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations to executive audiences.
• Lead and manage organized proof-of-value (POV) processes to ensure technical wins.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Mentor team members to overcome advanced technical or business roadblocks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, data replication, or a similar technical field.
• Must be based remotely in London or Dublin.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
• Deep knowledge of database replication, cloud infrastructure, and networking (on-prem and cloud).
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and various databases (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, NoSQL).
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
• Specialized expertise in security posture.
