Web Engineer (HubSpot)

Location: On-site, Remote, or Hybrid in Poznań, Poland

Salary: 250,000–280,000 PLN per year

What you will do

• Build reusable HubSpot CMS modules, themes, and components in collaboration with the Web Designer.
• Own the technical architecture of the marketing website, including modules, HubDB, and integrations.
• Optimize website performance through Core Web Vitals, clean semantic markup, and structured data.
• Implement and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and HubSpot.
• Partner with the Growth and SEO teams to support A/B testing and AI-powered discovery.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, in the daily workflow.

Requirements

• Strong frontend development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building reusable components within a CMS environment; HubSpot CMS experience is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and structured data.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON, and modern web integrations.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation principles.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in your workflow.
