TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (LLMs/Python): Building and deploying scalable AI products and user experiences for contract and document intelligence with an accent on agentic development, RAG, knowledge graphs, personalization, and predictive analysis. Focus on architecting reusable AI application layers, evaluating model and retrieval quality, optimizing latency and token usage, and operating secure production systems.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid Flex Work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field.
Salary: €91,300–€136,900 base salary per year in Ireland, with potential bonus and annual refresh stock grants.

What you will do
- Develop tailored user experiences using LLMs, foundation models, AI APIs, agentic development, RAG, knowledge graphs, personalization, and predictive analysis.
- Build and deploy scalable AI products and services across ’s product ecosystem.
- Design and maintain AI pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Architect reusable application layers around AI models with robust error handling and predictable user experiences.
- Prototype, benchmark, and evaluate model outputs against product requirements and automated quality metrics.
- Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and ML infrastructure teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering and product-building experience, including shipping and maintaining production code at scale.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating LLMs, foundation models, and modern AI APIs into user-facing enterprise products.
- 2+ years building with AI orchestration or multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, with experience in agentic workflows, RAG, and knowledge graphs.
- 4+ years optimizing application performance and using cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP to deploy scalable systems.
- Strong backend development experience with Python and REST APIs, including frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery, Kafka, SQS, or similar persistence and asynchronous processing technologies.
- Experience with Prometheus/Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Datadog, or comparable observability tools.
- Experience with feature-flag and experimentation platforms such as LaunchDarkly.
- Experience with automated testing, security scanning, dependency hygiene, and tools such as SonarQube.
