Product Data Scientist (AI/Product Analytics): Driving product outcomes by identifying user friction and converting insights into shippable product bets with an accent on activation, engagement, and retention metrics. Focus on building scalable instrumentation systems and running rigorous A/B experiments to optimize user behavior.

What you will do
- Own metrics and funnels for a product area to drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and retention.
- Identify opportunities in user behavior and collaborate directly with PMs and engineers to ship product bets.
- Design, execute, and act upon the results of A/B and growth experiments.
- Build the instrumentation, semantic models, and agents that the product team relies on for proactive insights.
- Maintain data trustworthiness, ensuring quality, clear definitions, and proper lineage.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and applied statistics.
- Experience with experimentation, specifically A/B and growth testing.
- Deep instinct for user behavior metrics, including activation and retention.
- Ability to thrive with autonomy and ambiguity in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Location: Must be based in Stockholm
- English: Proficiency required (company language)
