What you will do

• Own metrics and funnels for a product area to drive measurable improvements in activation, engagement, and retention.
• Identify opportunities in user behavior and collaborate directly with PMs and engineers to ship product bets.
• Design, execute, and act upon the results of A/B and growth experiments.
• Build the instrumentation, semantic models, and agents that the product team relies on for proactive insights.
• Maintain data trustworthiness, ensuring quality, clear definitions, and proper lineage.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and applied statistics.
• Experience with experimentation, specifically A/B and growth testing.
• Deep instinct for user behavior metrics, including activation and retention.
• Ability to thrive with autonomy and ambiguity in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Location: Must be based in Stockholm
• English: Proficiency required (company language)
