What you will do

Deliver technical solutions for clients across the software development lifecycle using Pega technology.
Design, develop, implement, and test model-driven enterprise applications.
Provide technical consulting and demonstrate innovative software implementation approaches.
Mentor and train client teams on Pega technology, industry practices, and Pega best practices.
Lead technical teams and collaborate with Pega delivery teams to meet or exceed client expectations.
Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs before using them in production.

Requirements

At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 3 years with a master’s degree, building and implementing model-driven enterprise solutions.
Hands-on experience delivering medium- to large-scale components of complex solutions.
Ability to lead technical teams, manage competing priorities, and work independently or collaboratively.
Strong communication, interpersonal, consulting, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
Knowledge of application servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, integration techniques, and object-oriented principles.
Experience delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
