Location: Hybrid in Montpellier, France, with 2 remote work days per week

What you will do

• Collaborate with multiple teams to develop complex services and agency-focused tools.
• Design, develop, test, release, monitor, and troubleshoot production code autonomously.
• Work with Engineering, Product, and UI/UX stakeholders to frame projects and deliver solutions.
• Develop a strong understanding of the business and translate client needs into relevant technical solutions.
• Facilitate communication across teams and share knowledge and technical decisions.
• Evaluate new technologies and architectures that can improve the engineering process.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills with testing as a standard part of development.
• Solid experience with frontend and API development, including relevant design patterns.
• Experience shipping multiple projects or applications to production.
• Knowledge of release management, observability, troubleshooting, performance, maintainability, and application architecture.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Ability to work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Scala, or Go, alongside cloud and database technologies.

• Experience applying AI routines to accelerate development or engineering workflows.
