Salary: $106,000–$134,500 base salary per year, plus stock options.

What you will do
- Define operational standards, lead retrospectives, and drive process improvements that reduce business-as-usual workload and improve reliability.
- Set strategic priorities and OKRs, make business-impact trade-offs, and redirect efforts when returns diminish.
- Formulate analytical questions, identify root causes and trends, and turn complex data into clear recommendations.
- Influence product and tooling decisions for airline schedules, fares, availability, supplier feeds, and booking infrastructure.
- Automate reporting, monitoring, and workflows while connecting inventory uptime and content accuracy to revenue impact.
- Build and evaluate AI-assisted workflows for supplier-content triage and anomaly detection, including guardrails and build-versus-buy decisions.
Requirements
- End-to-end ownership of a flights or airline-inventory workflow covering schedules, fares, or GDS/NDC content.
- Expert technical knowledge of airline inventory, availability, fares, schedules, GDS/NDC content flows, APIs, and booking infrastructure.
- Ability to connect operational decisions to business outcomes and make strategic trade-offs.
- Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues without requiring formal management responsibility.
- Proven ability to design scalable processes, frameworks, and governance models.
- Ability to work in person from the Barcelona office three days per week and communicate in English.
