What you will do

• Analyze, review, and annotate healthcare legal documents and regulatory materials to support AI training objectives.
• Draft and evaluate legal content related to healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse, patient privacy, and telemedicine.
• Review AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with U.S. healthcare laws.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI legal reasoning and content quality.
• Develop practical healthcare legal scenarios and use cases based on real-world challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and clarify legal concepts.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States (Juris Doctor degree).
• Significant experience advising on healthcare law, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in legal document review, annotation, and contract drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex legal concepts.
