What you will do
- Lead consulting managers and senior consultants while coaching a high-performing delivery organization.
- Own client outcomes, portfolio health, delivery risk, forecasting, utilization, margin, and resource planning.
- Set the standard for Blueprint-led delivery and reduce idea-to-outcome cycle time across the portfolio.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and partner with global Go-to-Market teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Grow strategic accounts by identifying unmet needs, expanding use cases, and shaping future opportunities.
- Develop consulting capabilities, succession depth, and future leaders through mentoring and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or delivery, including 5+ years in strategic people leadership.
- Demonstrated record of delivering measurable client outcomes rather than only completing projects.
- Experience with client engagement, enablement strategy, mentoring, succession planning, and global delivery models.
- Experience owning the commercial health of a delivery portfolio, including margin, utilization, and account growth.
- Strategic, empathetic leadership with strong communication across technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Credible understanding of AI and the ability to orchestrate its responsible use to improve client outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering Pega solutions and using Blueprint-led delivery.
- Experience embedding AI, ML, or intelligent automation into consulting delivery or client solutions.
