VCA - Strategy Consulting Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid position in Riga, Latvia; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the hiring manager.

What you will do

• Support experienced consultants in delivering strategic consulting services to hirify.global clients in the Nordics and Baltics.
• Analyze client data and identify preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to generate insights for the payments industry.
• Develop client-specific presentations by adapting materials to individual client needs.
• Support senior consultants in delivering advisory solutions covering business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in management consulting or adjacent analytical roles, including Big Four advisory or transaction advisory, investment banking, or the payments ecosystem.
• Degree from a highly regarded university or business school.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling messages.
• Experience addressing business challenges through data-driven methods and using modern analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication, narrative development, and presentation skills.
• Ability to support multiple projects, take responsibility, and stay informed about digital trends in payments.
