A fast-growing European company specializing in the design and manufacturing of custom logo signage, leveraging technology and AI to scale across Germany, Poland, and Sweden.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across Design, Warehouse, Assembly, and Service Coordination to improve cost, speed, and quality.
• Design and implement operational processes, workflows, and automation software to increase execution efficiency.
• Manage, coach, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture of ownership.
• Define and track operational KPIs using data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Manage operational budgets and financial performance to improve overall profitability and resource allocation.
• Drive the transition toward AI-native operations, integrating AI tools and AI agents into operational infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, logistics, or manufacturing in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated career progression with experience leading people, projects, or operational functions.
• Experience working within tech-oriented, digital, startup, or scale-up environments.
• Proven ability to design operational systems and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong financial understanding, including experience with budgets, operational costs, and P&L metrics.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) required.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Wrocław, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, AI tools, emerging technologies, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in German or Polish.
