Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic finance partner to the CEO, shareholders, and the investment fund, supporting business growth and value creation.
Drive financial analysis of the product business, including unit economics, product profitability, investment evaluation, and commercial decision support.
Lead business valuation, investment appraisal, and financial modeling, including advanced DCF models and scenario analysis.
Lead financial due diligence and support M&A transactions, working closely with shareholders, advisors, and investment committees.
Provide strategic insights through financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to support scaling of the business.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Finance Director.
Mandatory experience in a product technology (Product IT) company.
Strong hands-on expertise in business valuation, DCF modeling, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
Proven experience leading financial due diligence and M&A transactions.
Deep understanding of product business economics, including SaaS and/or product unit economics.
