Client Consulting Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada

Salary: 118,250 CAD – 168,250 CAD per year

What you will do

• Lead consulting initiatives for issuers, acquirers, merchants, and FinTechs to promote sustainable growth.
• Develop frameworks, solutions, and actionable insights to help clients grow portfolios and customer engagement.
• Analyze large industry and internal data sets to provide strategic guidance and performance recommendations.
• Create scalable toolkits and best practice documents for the broader VCA practice.
• Collaborate with internal teams in marketing, sales, risk, and innovation to execute complex projects.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 2+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Demonstrated background in management consulting or corporate business strategy roles.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring business performance and impacting ROI.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets to derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
