Quality Assurance Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada, with the work location at 483 Bay Street until approximately late 2026, then 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Flexible arrangements explicitly include remote, hybrid, and in-office options. Current Canadian work authorization is required.

Annual total cash compensation: CAD 73,000–113,000, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Test the quality of software features and services across the application stack.
• Develop testing strategies, tools, and automated tests for web, cloud, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, and business and technical stakeholders.
• Test APIs, construct SQL queries, and validate software integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects in complex software components and services.
• Help maintain software quality, security, and data privacy in line with financial-services standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, including manual and automation testing.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, requirements analysis, stakeholder communication, and business analysis practices.
• Experience with automated mobile testing using React Native on iOS and Android devices.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Jira, BitBucket, Jenkins, Postman, and SQL.
• Programming experience in JavaScript, Java, Python, or another modern programming language, with the ability to write and debug automated tests.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
