What you will do
- Act as the primary technical consultant for MSC Nastran solutions across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop technical solutions, deliver software demonstrations, and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) studies.
- Support simulation projects involving structural strength, stiffness, modal analysis, vibration, and thermal stress.
- Provide technical support for model setup, mesh generation, material definition, and result interpretation.
- Conduct customer training and workshops to enhance simulation capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and R&D teams to support customer success and multi-software simulation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Vehicle Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 15+ years of experience in CAE simulation or engineering analysis.
- Solid understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) principles and MSC Nastran workflows.
- Proficiency in linear static, modal, buckling, nonlinear, and multiphysics simulations.
- Ability to independently manage model preparation, solver tuning, and result analysis.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer support and project delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with Patran or ANSA.
- Knowledge of Digimat, Marc, Dytran, or Fatigue software solutions.
- Understanding of composite material modeling and Python/PCL scripting.
- Experience in automotive, battery, or semiconductor packaging simulation projects.
