Engagement Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage risks to the efficacy of the hirify.global solution for a portfolio of strategic customers.
• Act as the single point of contact for general consulting, incident reporting, and escalations.
• Lead project teams through remediation paths and communicate expectations to Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams.
• Conduct Customer Business Reviews for top executives to review achievements and plan project timelines.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify and explore new sales opportunities.
• Oversee project coordination, developed work breakdown structures, and track milestones for new use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of post-sales consulting experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject or quantitative discipline.
• Expert ability to use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues.
• Advanced organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
