Customer Solutions Consultant (Hospitality)

Location: Hybrid (Bangkok, Thailand)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for hirify.global products to internal and external customers within the Thai-speaking APAC region.
• Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional technical consultation via phone, email, and other channels.
• Identify configuration requirements, set customer expectations, and resolve issues according to internal KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as a technical expert, communicating requirements and system issues internally.

Requirements

• High level of IT technical skills and customer service experience.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot web browser and connectivity issues.
• Strong analytical skills to determine root causes and implement resolutions.
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaborating across internal teams.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a high-volume contact center providing technical support.
• Background in the hospitality industry in a technical or guest-facing capacity.
