What you will do

• Develop and execute operations and supply chain strategies to meet business unit needs.
• Set and track progress against product cost and lead-time goals via long-term roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality Assurance to manage product delivery.
• Balance machine shop and A&T capacity using subcontracting, make-buy decisions, and rescheduling.
• Lead budget planning, capacity planning, and personnel development for the unit.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Business field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in operations, production engineering, or project/program management.
• Proven experience with material flow, lean, and six sigma principles.
• Strong interpersonal communication and facilitative leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizations and cultures.
