Team Lead Security Incident Response (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of security analysts within the SOC to detect and mitigate security threats in real time with an accent on people management, operational security monitoring, and security improvements. Location: Primarily office-based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, with the possibility of remote work. Valid work permit for the Netherlands is preferred.

What you will do

• Lead the Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) within the SOC to detect and mitigate real-time threats.
• Manage team performance, staffing, and resource allocation for end-to-end SIRT operations.
• Mentor security analysts across Cyber, IT, OT, DLP, and Physical security domains.
• Implement process-level improvements and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality analysis and documentation for all security incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of management experience, preferably in a multinational corporate security environment.
• Proven experience in security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Broad expertise in multiple security domains (IT, OT, or Physical Security).
• CISM, CISSP, or SANS GSOC/GSOM certificate is a must.
• Master’s degree working and thinking level.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Eindhoven, Netherlands.
