What you will do

• Monitor system status regularly using Grafana, Datadog, Crashlytics, Firebase, and other metrics.
• Analyze logs and technical issues, including post-release errors and anomalies.
• Reproduce user issues and collect technical information for relevant teams.
• Initiate creation of new dashboards and alerts for emerging risks.
• Coordinate resolution of technical failures and monitor corrective actions.
• Participate in incident postmortems and technical problem analysis.

Requirements

• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with monitoring systems like Datadog and Grafana.
• Knowledge of logging tools such as Kibana and Graylog.
• Understanding of client-server architecture, REST, WebSocket, and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with mobile and web app lifecycle, sessions, updates, and caching.
• Ability to read and interpret frontend and backend logs.

Nice to have

• Experience in QA, L2 support, DevOps, or monitoring engineering roles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD basics.
• Experience with high user activity B2C products.
